Staff not very communicative at all. Waited unnecessarily for a week to learn that the ordered replacement part had arrived the previous week. Service tech never returned my calls. Ultimately I paid for a service that was covered by the warranty. Will definitely not return to this dealership. Heading back to Kia Of Frisco even though it's 20 miles further from my home than this location in Irving.

They didn't rotated the tires and tried to convince us they did. Couldn't talk to a manager for help so had to get our tires rotated somewhere else even though we had the maintenance package. Jessica assured us they would reimburse us for the tire rotation but we never received the email she promised.

Dropped off on 9/3. 2 Recalls and engine light on. Did not get car repaired and returned until 9/17. I checked my dash cam, car parked on 9/3 and no one drove it again till 9/14. I had to catch rides to work during this time. I visited the dealer twice to see what was happening and just got excusses. It is 2012 abd guess we are not important to them as newer customers. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this dealership.
