The service tech did not know that I could turn off the service engine light with the code reader I brought with me me. The next day I used it and turned off the light. He acted like he didn't think I should be there. He suggested that I find a shop set up for my year jeep wrangler. I would only recommend your shop if your still in warranty

Don't go to Young Chevrolet Collision Center, which was just bought by Clay Cooley. My car was returned to me with new damage to the hood. When I took it back to complain hey refused to fix it and even tried to blame me ! The service supervisor named Andy lies and tries to coverup for his mistakes and ineptness.

After I setup an appointment 2 days in advance, and I also received a text on the day of appointment that i am still good for my appointment, when i showed up for my appointment, the dealer told me they have already sold the car. I drove 1 hour to see that car. Waste of time.

The service advisor, Nick, was great but it took 3 weeks and a lot of patience to get my truck back. They had to go back and fix my back seat, scratch my back rim, didn't rotate or balance the tires and kept the truck to make sure that the air suspension worked since it didn't the 1st time they told me it was ready. Also, they had to order the struts (which cause the delay) when I already told them to order them in the first place.

Poor communication, service advisor spoke down to, and over me. I had to call for updates on my vehicle. The day after I picked it up I found the cover to my engine in the back. Has to return again to have it placed back on the engine. Service advisor said "not sure why you're upset it's no big deal" This may be the case but extremely inconvenient especially after them having my car for 10 days.

It was not as personable as Don Davis. Seemed disjointed. Relied heavily on communicating electronically for all steps of the process. I miss my previous service advisor of 12 years for Don Davis. I will probably look for another dealer closer to home based on this experience. I liked Cecil's courteous greeting and help. I liked Bryant who stepped in at drop off for scheduled Ian. I liked paying online.
