My husband and I really appreciated the great customer service! While we were waiting in line in our car, a nice service worker explained why there was a little delay. Kyle was courteous and professional. The cashier was nice as well. We used to take our Honda North. However, due to bad customer experience, we are no longer doing business with them. Thank you again for giving my husband and I excellent customer experience !

Had to return the car 3 times!! Kept finding more fixes or upgrades needed on the problem! They finally got it repaired, or so I am told! They worked on it but the problems kept reappearing! They worked quite diligently to fix the problems! I appreciate Charvon's keeping on this to see it through!

Fluids were not topped off as stated. After the oil change I started to experience abnormal things with my vehicle. Gears feel like theyre getting stuck now. Ticking noise than began after the oil change. Plastic inside the hood was damaged by Honda and when I brought up all these concerns to them , I was told that they could not do anything about the damage and denied that it happened while being serviced.

Called the day before to make sure they could make a new key and key fob. Service (B1) was supposed to take 1 hour. After 2 hours I had to track down a service rep and found out my paperwork had been sitting on his desk for an hour!! AND THEY DID NOT MAKE MY KEY FOB.......THEY REPLACED THE BATTERY IN MY EXSITING FOB. Will not be back!!!!!!

Service staff was efficient and helpful and the process to reset the service reminder (which they had forgotten to do during the last servicing) went OK. They looked up service records to confirm if the servicing (oil change, tire rotation) was done the previous time to make sure it was an accidental lapse to reset the reminder.

This was my first service with this Honda. Clawson Honda picked up and then delivered my vehicle while I was at work. The oil change and washing of the car was perfect. Everything was done that was asked to be completed. I will be using this service again.

I went in to have a missing screw/clip replaced on one side... was advised the whole wheel well liner needed to be replaced and needed to be ordered on arriving home I noticed both side wheel well was removed. I contacted back the store who told me they must have feel off when driving. I was driving with my car like that for a month it never fell off and the other side had all screws so not sure why it was removed ?!

Customer service is not the same any longer. Once my car was finished i should of been greeted by the service advisor, explained all that had happened and taken to the cashier.
i cant believe i paid $40,000 for a car that had a 3 yr warranty, then having to pay for diagnostics for something that was covered under warranty also. So, if my car fails me several times a year , its ridiculous i have to pay that much. I am not happy with Honda and i would not recommend buying a Honda to my friends and family.
