The service tech did not respect my car. My car mats did not meet recommended requirements and that I understand but he didn't have to throw my dirty mat in the back seat. He never put a paper mat down to protect my carpet. I take pride in my vehicles and feet don't touch my carpets.

Service people were very friendly and helpful. Sarah was very helpful, friendly, and checked a concern that I had immediately. She gave information about why that issue was happening. Robert called the next day after the service was completed to check to make sure everything was okay with my vehicle. I never had that happen. I was impressed

I had an appointment at 330 and arrived at 315! No one told me it was going to take almost 3 hours to change my oil, rotate tires and an inspection. Then I approached the front desk to ask about a vehicle on the lot, salesman and girl at the desk was rude!

I was gotten in on time after I pulled up. I had a very nice man, name Harold that took care of me after they had finished my car. I had coupons to use. And he took time to help me, so that I could get some reduction on my bill. Very patient man and polite.

I had a scheduled appointment at 1:30 PM, and was told when I arrived on time that I had a couple of cars ahead of me, but they would get to me as quickly as possible. I had a previous service on my Tundra (quite a long time ago) and my truck barely ran when I left.

Mechanic came out and spoke to me personally and showed me that the cabin filter had been chewed on by something, most probably a rodent. Gave me the option of replacing it myself or they would do it. The price was reasonable. He checked everything as I told him I would be going on a long trip. Didn't have to wait long. Oil changed, cabin filter replaced, along with fluid levels topped. Good job!

2nd visit to fix fuel tube issue. First trip all they did was protected measures. 2nd time around they wanted my truck all day. No clue of this time frame. Didn't make any arrangements for a car or transportation home. Would have been a 7 hour wait time at the dealer.
