Always a pleasant experience. Staff always friendly in person and during online chat. I used the chat feature on their website to help pick out tires and it was helpful and was a real person not AI. They usually recommend an extra service but are nice about it no matter if you decline or decide to add it on. It's part of business and it's the guy behind the counters job so I'm not mad. Definitely recommend shop if you have a Mazda.

I took my car in because I had a bubble in one of my tires. Angela took awesome care of me. Found me a really great price on a tire. Had the tire swapped out and the car washed. Nothing but first class service all the way around. Service manager Jon was also involved and was nothing but first class. Highly recommend Classic Mazda service.

Now charge for use of a credit card when getting car serviced. Very petty. I spent nearly $400 last visit - frankly I don't carry that kind of cash. Very petty decision. I have been a loyal Mazda owner for 15 yrs, Won't be shopping at this dealer for the next one.

Thank you for your feedback, The 3% surcharge applies to only Credit card transactions, cards processed as debit, checks, or cash do not carry the surcharge. As the cost of business changes we are balancing how we will handle costs and went this route rather than a broad price increase. We do appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration.
