They replaced door latch on rear drivers side door. 2017 KIA Sportage. KIA covered under warranty. Tech removed door panel on a door that would not open and did so without any damage. Great service.

The service department was excellent. I had a concerning noise in my wheel which they diagnosed and fixed for me under my warranty. They also suggested that they go ahead and take care of a couple of recalls for me while they had my Telluride. They dropped me off at work when I took it in and brought it to me at work when they were finished.

My recent experience at Classic Kia was of the most highest of excellence. They were courteous and efficient with keying me a new key Faub. They explained everything that they did to my car including repair a recall issue that I was not aware of. Cost of repairs was within reason of the estimate that we discussed; they even vacuumed and washed my car. Thanks, I Love my Kia.

Vehicle motor seized up in Dallas traffic. After we toed it back they called us two days later to say that KIA was replacing the motor AND giving us a rental car until it was repaired. Mechanics had it ready by the day they indicated and it ran like a new car!! KIA will definitely get my business when we purchase a new vehicle!!

Very professional. However when I checked out I was told there was a recall on my car that they fixed. The recall was the reason I had made the appointment in the first place; it was like if they had not a little research the recall would not have been fixed. I guess when I called to make the appointment, they did not write down what the appointment was for: oil change and recall

Awful. Sold me a lemon. Then lied about what would be covered. Then called their bluff n they said it was covered by warranty. Thwn found out they still didnt change my manifold like they said they did. When asked they said it wasnt the problem. Its cracked. So its a problem.

I still don't have the vehicle back. They won't call me to let me know anything. They won't get me a rental car until mine is fixed. Anytime I've called I get the runaround or someone will have to call me back its complete ridiculous! They can keep that car! I'm done with them... engine going out at not even 10k miles.
