The visit was one of the worst experience I have had with a manager. Had me send all information to them ask to come up and Jordan sat in front of me and was so rough that I have never been treated like that. My credit is bad but for a manager to look me in the eye and say "What happen with you. " they think they are the best and actually is one of the worst dealership I have dealt with. Thank you

We have to make a three and a half hour drive each way to reach Midland, and JD Tassin made sure that everything went smoothly when went up for recall work on our CRV. The visit could not have been more pleasant, and I would give the highest rating to each phase of the service we received at Classic Honda.

I appreciated the fact that they were able to do the service to my car. I don't recommend scheduling at 5pm on weekdays. The online scheduling allowed me to schedule at 5pm. The shop was starting to close at 5pm. I was fortune they still serviced my vehicle.

I was told I would be helped and waited for days for a call. I had to call and ask how things were going. They ran my credit several times and didn't get an answer. Finally they got back telling e they needed a down payment of 9k for a car that was worth 10k. That is really not the way to offer customer service or help in anyway

The Service dept Team at classic Honda of Midland, Texas was able to fix an on going electrical issue with the security system of my 2017 Ridgeline that I had purchased from them. I had just about given up hope on Honda, which is unfortunate because I like the Ridgeline better than any pickup I've ever owned. The service manager really came through and made things right. I will definitely keep doing business with Classic Honda!!

I was traveling to Midland when I had trouble with what I thought was the battery. I call from the road to see if they could get me in for the next day, no problem. They got me to my hotel. My car was repair by the next afternoon.. happy customer!!

While the service took longer than I think an oil change and tire rotation should take, it was much, much faster than the last time I had my vehicle serviced there. All of the staff that I interacted with was friendly and kind and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

They ran diagnostics on my car and replaced the EVAP solinoid. Charge was$582.59. Car went less than 2 miles and light came back on- they then replaced a hose and fitting in EVAP canister and FTP sensor and charged me another $189.27 why was this not caught when they did diagnostics. I feel taken advantage of!!

Would like to make sure the staff is aware of what is on the list of things to do for scheduled maintenance visit. My list does not match the list of what was completed at my last visit. Specifically, my tires should have been rotated and balanced but they were not. I am pleased with what they did complete. I would appreciate them completing everything on the list next time.

Wait times can vary about average depending on how many vehicles theyre servicing before you Service people are very polite they make sure your comfortable and let you know estimate times when your vehicle is done. oil change is done, but tire rotation is not. I specifically told the front desk that Mu car need oil change and tire rotation, I even asked her before leaving, and she said yes but when I checked the paper tire rotation were not done... Please learn how to Listen to customers request...
