New management - the dealership has had major overhaul of its service department, 2 of the most recent service managers have left. Service experience was good - service advisors and the new service manager seem to be more customer focused. One observation, the pricing seems to have gone up - previously was charged less than $40 for an oil change by providing my own Oil, Mopar Filter - and now the labor for the same service is $140 !

My service advisor, Tony Johnson, kept me up to date on my car repairs. Parts orders were delayed, but Tony made sure my car was repaired as quickly as possible. The technician also found a few other repair issues that would have caused future problems. Nice job by the service team!!!

I experienced a few minor issues. I purchased a package deal on service and the person who sold it to me made it for the previous owner, if it wasn't for the invoice having my info they weren't going to provide the service under the contract. Second apparently they lost my lock out bolt the previous time I was there so I had to wait an extra day on my truck.

My experience was great!! I was greeted right away and after confirming my appointment details I was shown the customer lounge area which is comfy with lots of power outlets to charge my phone while waiting with access to water, coffee and snacks. Very friendly staff and my advisor Jules is an angel!!!

Our service advisor Latham was more worried about his cell phone then he was communicating with us about our car. He said let me go check on it and took 30 mins to get back to us and another 40 mins to get it back! That was a one and done for us! Never again will we be back to this service department or dealership! On another note, Dexter in reopened is a very nice and helpful salesman that was very helpful.

I brought my vehicle in for a repair (failed electric window). Service was timely done and at agreed upon price in conjunction with the warranty service company I use. However, the dealer is not price competitive for routine services, e.g., filter replacements, oil changes, wiper replacements, battery testing, and similar routine maintenance. So I use other service providers.

Prompt, polite greeting. Work was done on time. Cost was somewhat higher than an independent shop, but this is a dealership, so that's to be expected. My only disappointment was, I requested an estimate on a part for future repairs, and they forgot to do that. Otherwise, this would be a perfect 5-star experience
