I got my tires rotated but they did not tighten them. So when I started driving home as soon as I was going above 40mph the steering wheel started shaking violently. Once I got home I had my dad tighten them and he was incredibly angry. I could've gotten in an accident. It's insane.

Changed oil as requested. Requested emissions testing and it was done. Main Reason For Visit Was To Address Recall!!! Got a long list of suggestions for maintenance that could be done by Classic. AFTER THREE PLUS HOURS AT YOUR FACILITY WAS TOLD THE RECALL WOULD TAKE AN ADDITIONAL THREE HOURS!!! SO DID NOT TAKE PLACE.

I didn't like I got scammed and robbed by the seller who sold me my unit. He asked me to deposit money to his account so that I can have free services and at the time of going to the service I didn't had anything that he offered me. How bad that these things happen here. I'm so disappointed and frustrated.

Who ever change my oil left mats in my automobile extremely dirty. This falls absolutely under horrible services. Chevrolet should pay for my mats to be replaced. In the future, I will take my automobile to a different Chevrolet dealership. This was horrible

Service advisor was nice, but it took way too long (7 hours for oil change and warranty camera replacement). They had a shuttle but no loaner, so I was stuck there. For a $80k car, they should have loaners like other dealers.
