Changed oil as requested. Requested emissions testing and it was done. Main Reason For Visit Was To Address Recall!!! Got a long list of suggestions for maintenance that could be done by Classic. AFTER THREE PLUS HOURS AT YOUR FACILITY WAS TOLD THE RECALL WOULD TAKE AN ADDITIONAL THREE HOURS!!! SO DID NOT TAKE PLACE.

We did mention about the alignment of the Lexus TX when we test drive it. The salesman agreed to check and fix it before we actually get the car. But when we got the car, everything is still the same. We tried to contact so many times to ask about it and non of our calls receive any call back!!!

I've been able to drive into Classic Chevrolet several time and as soon as I arrive, without and appointment, someone comes right out to greet me in the garage, addresses my concerns and gets me right to a service advisor. I'll always go to Classic Chevrolet Sugar Land.

I didn't like I got scammed and robbed by the seller who sold me my unit. He asked me to deposit money to his account so that I can have free services and at the time of going to the service I didn't had anything that he offered me. How bad that these things happen here. I'm so disappointed and frustrated.

My service advisor Gilbert always addresses my needs whether it is on my 2022 Sliverado or my 1998 Surburban. The service department is top notch from the time that you enter the service bay everyone is very nice and quickly get you checked in Keep up the great work!!

Courteous and fast service. I was told at another dealership the service could take 3 to 5 hours and I would mostly likely need to leave my car over night. Bayway had the update (recall) done in a little over an hour. The service technician was considerate and attentive to my questions.

Who ever change my oil left mats in my automobile extremely dirty. This falls absolutely under horrible services. Chevrolet should pay for my mats to be replaced. In the future, I will take my automobile to a different Chevrolet dealership. This was horrible

Service was fine, took a little long in my opinion for a simple oil change. Gave them a 4 out of 5. Immediately got a guilt trip text message from them basically saying I was hurting them financially because I did not give them a 5 out of 5. They are notorious for pressure sales and pressure for surveys. Sick ot it.
