We had the oil changed and the Transmission fluid and filter changed. Service was pricey but less than our local shop quoted. Even the 10qt oil change with Mobile 1 synthetic was only slightly more than if we bought the oil ourselves from Amazon and a lot less headaches and free coffee.

Our recent service at Classic Chevrolet was unacceptable and below standard. We asked the team to complete a total review and analysis of our vehicle. After paying almost $2,000, the care was returned to us without critical items being addressed. We have been a loyal and dedicated customer for 5 years. We will never trust this service center again.

By now we're all onto the game right? You get your oil changed and they try and sell you something right? You need new wiper blades, air filter, transmission whatever right? Well these clowns at classic do the same thing but the prices they quote are absolutely ridiculous. $75 for a $10 air filter no thanks I'll order mine from Amazon you jokesters.

Our pricing is in line with the GM recommendations. There are definitely lower priced, lower quality items if you wish to go that route. They never resort to upselling or pressure tactics they are straightforward, honest, and truly the friendliest team you'll find at any service center. I will continue to come back here for as long as they'll have me. James and Sadie are truly customer-centric, and every dealership should have a service center like this one.

They are thorough and the Service Team has always been great to me. What I don't like is that they no longer have full-time cashiers. Your service manager now has to be your cashier also, so it takes much longer to drop your vehicle off (because the service manager is over in the cashier office) and longer to pick your vehicle up (because they have to go get your service manager to come be your cashier when you pay out.

Great customer service they just didn't have what I was looking for. They are very customer oriented and I would visit them again to buy a car. They have a great selection of cars and trucks and their prices are very reasonable. They have an excellent service department and program. I purchased my wife's car at Classic Chevrolet and I wouldn't hesitate to buy there again.

I went in for an oil change and then had my check engine light come on after and they were very quick in helping find and resolve the issue. It was unrelated to the oil change, but they were still helpful in getting me in as soon as possible and fixing my car with the limited time I had.

Took truck in for alignment. Was there early for appt. Was told it would be 4 hours wait. Not acceptable. I went to dealership about 12:30-1pm. I was never called that my car was ready. My car was ready. Terrible service. Would not recommend unless it is warranty service.

When I made my appointment I specifically said it was for an oil change, new back tires and check the left front shock and that I still had warranty on the car. The first time I was called about the shocks I had to tell them again about the warranty. When I got the car back they hadn't changed the oil even though it said 15per cent left.

Here's what i will say, on this page you're saying the service was performed on a different date than the date in the promotional email and both dates are incorrect. If you can figure out the correct, i might share my experience. The rating given here is for Carfax not for Classic Chevrolet. I would not recommend a service that can't get so.ething as basic as the service date correct.

Well, I went for an oil change and tire rotation... the tire rotation was not done so I am having to schedule to go back. It took them less than 30 minutes for the oil change, and I said before I left that was very quick. Jacob was great but the overall service of my vehicle was not good at all.
