It still looks and runs like new! I am relocating to Arkansas and hope I can find a dealership that I trust as much as I trust Classic Chevrolet.

Vaughn and Gil are excellent! But charging me 3% on the convenience for a CC is ridiculous...I will try to find a mechanic before I bring it in to Classic for service. The guy after me, picking his car up, was just as angry as I was...sorry, not a good business practice...

oil change was great, people that greeted me were polite and super. But, the tire rotation had issues after leaving the service department. The next day all my tires had slow leaks. This is a 2024 Truck , my tires had the correct tire pressure in them but the next day instead of 35 lb of pressure on them they had 26. my sensors went off letting me know. I don't know if any other customers had the same issues.

My 2020 Chevy equinox with almost 118,000 miles on it is running like new again thanks to all of the service and maintenance that was done by Classic Chevrolet. Their staff is professional, reliable, friendly, and they get your car out quickly. They also have a shuttle service, which makes it really nice. If you have to leave it for a few hours like I had to.

Bait and switch. They advertised the car for $36,000 but when I got to the dealer they said they always add $1500 for a protection package to all used cars. I took the car because I didn't have anymore time to spend hunting for what I wanted but I will never buy there again. F&I guys says GAP insurance is only $13 a month. Turned out to be $27. Sleezy!

Service took a lot longer then expected. I was told it would take about 3 hours in the initial check up but it ended up taking abiut 10 days. For something they couldn't The even do at their shop. Manager of the shop was not informative about it and very rude.

Your service dept is always good to work with. Very helpful. What it didn't like a very disappointed in, is having to spend nearly $1000.00 dollars to replace a shifter lever on a four year old vehicle with less than 50,000 miles because the key wouldn't come out.

No other cars were waiting at the door to be serviced when i pulled up, and i ended up waiting what felt like way too long before someone acknowledged me.
