Bait and switch. They advertised the car for $36,000 but when I got to the dealer they said they always add $1500 for a protection package to all used cars. I took the car because I didn't have anymore time to spend hunting for what I wanted but I will never buy there again. F&I guys says GAP insurance is only $13 a month. Turned out to be $27. Sleezy!

Jacob Lazo is my service advisor and is always helpful. He is honest about what service should be done on my Tahoe. Jacob responds to my service requests very quickly. He does not recommend service or parts that are not necessary. I am always satisfied with the service technician's quality work.

Service took a lot longer then expected. I was told it would take about 3 hours in the initial check up but it ended up taking abiut 10 days. For something they couldn't The even do at their shop. Manager of the shop was not informative about it and very rude.

Service Tech didn't explain the service that was performed and what was done. No paperwork either that explained it, only a receipt. Hurry in and hurry out. Still the best around. I pass 4 other dealerships just to get here. And I will keep coming here

Your service dept is always good to work with. Very helpful. What it didn't like a very disappointed in, is having to spend nearly $1000.00 dollars to replace a shifter lever on a four year old vehicle with less than 50,000 miles because the key wouldn't come out.

initially, i wasn't feeling too good about it because i arrived 5 minutes late. No other cars were waiting at the door to be serviced when i pulled up, and i ended up waiting what felt like way too long before someone acknowledged me. Car was brought in for reoccurring screen problems. When picking it up it had snow all over it . The service girl used a squeegee on the metal side to scrape off snow scratching the paint on the hood. Service manager promised to take care of it. All they did was buff the heck out of it. You can still see them and feel them. He got upset when I requested it to be repainted it. This was their fault not mine. Very unprofessional!!

They charge me 300 to supposedly remove some air was there reason.... I ended up taking my truck to Huffines Chevrolet and it was my front struts... I would prob never go back to friendly... they will tell anything and try and charge you for every little thing... customer service was terrible too.

Radio didn't work after the warranty call back on radio. I had to return to dealership where they tried warranty work again. This time it worked. Also didn't wash my car after service my oil change and tire rotation like they have always done before. Cashier made me aware before paying that a 3% surcharge for using my credit card.
