I was please with the whole experience. Dropped my car off on a Saturday because of the check engine light being on. Got a call on Monday that everything was fixed and that I could come and pick it up. The part replaced was covered under warranty. I will be taking my car back to them in the future. I was treated a lot better here than I have been at the dealership that I purchased my car from. They have gained a new customer.

The people in the service department were all very friendly, however, they were supposed to rotate the tires and this did not get done. Also, they neglected to reset the service reminder so now every time I start the car I get a message that I am overdue for an oil change. I know these aren't major issues, but these are the kinds of things that make for a disappointing visit.

Was charged 200 dollars for them to tell me my transmission needs an 800 dollar transmission fluid exchange for a well known issue with 2020 Colorado transmissions and that my extended warranty did not cover it. Not necessarily Classics fault just an overall Chevy complaint.

In all fairness, we don't buy a car when we see it. We wait a day or two. The car had a rattle in the door and the put new tires on it but a full sized van like that you don't want to run cheap Chinese made tires on them. Michelin, Toyo, Continental, ot Goodyear are the best. They put some off name brand and it was a concern. The Sales guy was great though.
