I like the ease of scheduling appointments but service charges are on the high end. Also, the mechanics didn't do a very good job with the inspection. Just one week after service/ inspection, a large emission leak was discovered. Toyota ought to have seen that during the multipoint inspection. I will only recommend the shop because you can get original Toyota parts there. Their service are not really affordable.

I did not like the idea that zi was informed that zi had a oil pan leak and valve cover leak and was not informed that I should not get an oil change if the work the car needs these repairs because the oil is going to be change .zi was told what zi needed after the oil change was done and zi feel it was a waste of money.

I told receptionist I have coupon on oil change she said we don't give coupon on oil changes but I forgot to bring the coupon also I have a hole in my washer fluid leaks right out but they never put washer fluid to find out I feel it take so long to do a oil change but other companies gov eu better service in shorter time frame

Be careful!!! They cheat on customers. I ordered for 2025 year made tire but they put the tire in my car which made in 2024. not only this to hide the tire production date they put the tires wrong side in my car, so that I can't see the tire date. Such a cheater and liar dealer.
