My daughter took her car to your service center because their was a problem she was having with the transmission some times when she puts it to drive. The car stay there for two days with no results. I scheduled an appointment; their friendly staff works quickly on my car. Every time I have visited this place, it's been great with no issues. This last time, the mechanic didn't top off the windshield fluid, and the tire rotation was not done, even though it's included when you pay for the full $89.95 package.

It was the most terrible experience I've ever had with them. My vehicle was there for more than 2 days and not a single thing was done to it. Nothing was accomplished and I lost 2 days of work and had to pay for cab fare to and from this location. They do no provide a loaner vehicle. Simply put. They suck!!!

The personnel were polite and respectful. They carefully explained the problem and humbly asked to leave the vehicle for two days. They called exactly after the two days and says the vehicle is ready. Since then I have not experienced the problem any longer.

The only issue is a bit of befuddlement concerning all the different ways to charge, but I put that down to newness. However, really nailing that will allay range anxiety and make for more sales! Very bad, I had a coil needs to be changed and I took it to them three times and every time they till me that nothing is wrong with the car.. Then when I took it to chevy and brought them the diagnostic report they're able to change it. They broke my engine cover by mistake so I had to purchase a new one from Chevy and they reimbursed me. When they rotated my tires they threaded one tyer strud and lug nut.

Definitely a place that will quote you a crazy price to see if you'll pay. Didn't trust them at all. Took my car somewhere else that was detailed about what work needed to be done and what could wait. And they charged less.
