Initially went in for a recall, and also to check to see if I need an oil change as the miles were out there, but the months were there. They were polite, quick, and told me I didn't need an oil change. I was shocked. I did realize that the miles weren't there but a lot of other places would've stated I needed one just to charge me. I would definitely recommend this service center.

The repairs were incomplete and since I was told that additional repairs would be extremely expensive I took the car to another mechanic who a) performed the entire repair for less than the money I paid city Volkswagen to do, b) had to redo work that city Volkswagen had done and c) told me that city Volkswagen should have known better than to do they work they did I will never return to city Volkswagen for mechanical work on my car

My car was finished 45 minutes before the estimated time. That's a rarity these days. The waiting room was drafty, but it was also in the low teens in Evanston that day, and the waiting room is in a temporary location while they do some major remodeling.
