I chatted with them and they would not answer any real questions. Would not give me the final cost with all of their fees. Wanted to know about if I'm financing it or cash and other information before we even were trying to make a deal. Not my kind of place.

All me back and say they got a better deal now for me and to go in i informed them that i would not drive the 1hr if i didn't know what the new deal was. Never heard from them again. Did not like the fact there was no mention of the Dealer Prep on the site so we had to pay more than we expected when we got the numbers but hey its car sales. Things appeared to be wonderful until I left the lot and there were promises made which they refused to present in writing and never got fixed on my vehicle. Scammers to make a sale. Check everything thoroughly, dont purchase until you have a mechanic look at everything. Their warranty only covers select items and they are rude about discussing issues.

Hi Laura, as discussed many times about the speakers in your car, we agreed to fix them, all you had to do was drop the car off here. There is no shop that is going to order parts before they have the car there - that's normal protocol and cannot be changed.

Richard, we do not have over $2000 in additional fees. We certify our vehicles for 10 years / 100,000 miles and that was clearly explained to you. We would never charge customers fees for nothing like many dealerships do. Everything is transparent.
