Overall it was fine. My service advisor was fine. However, I sat for 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Normally they also wash my car and that didn't get taken care of either. My appointment was at 10:20am and I did not leave until almost 4:00pm.

My appointment was at 9:30am and had to call at 5:00pm and they still didn't know if it was ready. I had to get another car for work the next day. Not sure exactly what happened, but there was some kind of altercation with my husband and our service manager when we picked the car up the next day. We don't typically have issues with the service manager, so that was unfortunate.

horrible I will never go back there for service rude management . one of the mechanic did not put the oil filter on properly and oil went all over my engine. I was told I would get a free oil change when I went there they did not honor the free oil change and argued with me and threaten me with not giving me my car back unless I paid . I will tell all my connections to not go there either

Finance neglected to give me copies for most of the paperwork I signed, even thought I had asked for it. I had to back to get what I needed. Buying a new car is a grueling process. Over the years one would think improvements could be made.

Terrible experience. Didn't fix anything that was asked for on my brand new Kia Sorento. Service manager named Mike said he would look into it but never got back to me. Service was efficient and quick. A free car wash was offered and accepted, but not performed very well. Only the sides, front and rear of the car were washed. The roof was still dirty. Also, as I was leaving the dealership, I noticed that a corner from some of the paperwork that I keep in my glove compartment was peeking out of the glove compartment. I'm curious why the staff would need to go through my glove compartment.

I have a problem with one of the front sensors being out of alignment and causing the emergency braking warning to activate. They tried every angle to blame me for the problem and claim that it wasn't covered by the warranty. The car just passed the 1yr.mark. It was purchased new.

They left a deep scratch while removing badging and the consultant did nothing to resolve the problem they created. I sent an email to manager Mr. Platt explaining the situation, along with voice mail, both met with no response. Since I purchased the my 2024 Telluride at that dealership, one would think that they would make more of an effort to take care of their customers. Stay away from City Kia for any service related matters.

As first timer going through a dealer city kia was not great. I felt rushed to purchase so much the the sealer didn't even give me the chance nor gave me the option to give them my info of my car insurance instead signed up of with a new one and made me pay for it. Since it was my first time I wasn't even able to ask questions. I should've been more prepared. But as a first timer I would recommend them at all.
