Attempted to charge me $85+ for a basic oil change again but magically got it down to ~$66 after complaining. Severely overcharging for service, lost promised credit. Oil change was done properly but this will be my last visit with this dealership.

I did not like that it took 4 or 5 visits to fix a simple problem. This was warranty service for a brand new truck and I had to take too much time bringing the truck in and not having it fix for numerous visits. No call back and it took from the beginning of August and d November to correct the problem. Too long.

Mike Olsen had to deal with a warranty claim I had with Chrysler. It was very frustrating for me. Tbh I was livid with Chrysler and the previous dealership that lost my paperwork. Mike took excellent care of my vehicle and made sure everything was done right. He had to tolerate me(an angry customer). He returned my jeep to me in excellent condition along with an oil change and free detailing of my Jeep. Excellent Service.

Dodge City Chrysler Jeep of Brookfield provides great service for all of our vehicles. The employees are always very friendly and professional. It is nice to take advantage of the shuttle service while they are working on diagnosing and repairing my car. I even buy and rotate my car tires and get my oil changes though their service department as needed.

I will never go here again. For soany reasons that I will not list here. In short I believe no work actially got done. After taking my vehicle back and being there twice. I still needed extreme repairs that wouldve easily been seen if the work promised was actually done. BEWARE , DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP.

The personnel are different since the name change over & not in the good way. Also, always get a car wash with every service. They didn't even wash off the tonneau cover on the bed of truck. It had bird droppings on it before & still had the same droppings. Was not happy this last oil change service.
