I had an indicator light warning while I was out of town. I called my service rep, Jeff Montemurro, and he not only told me what needed to be done but arranged for me to drop the car off upon my return, get me a loaner, and fix the issue. The dealership has always been spot on as far as service.

Have been a customer of this location for 30 years. Though previous owners treated customers more "family like", the service workers who I've known for years, still treat me pleasant, professional, friendly and explain things clearly. When this was owned by a different owner, when you brought the car in, you would get a text saying, if you had any questions, see this person. That did not happen. When the car was finished, it sat there for a half hour. I went up to the service desk and asked about it. They pulled my papers so I could pay and leave. That person was buried in paperwork.

Ciocca is alway a delight to deal with. They handled my warranty replacement of the wipe arms quickly and efficiently. I also ask them to check the Expedition over before our vacation which they gladly did. Then, they threw in a free car wash when I was done. Thats what I call service.

My opinion of the service department at Ciocca Lincoln has never varied. They are winners in every aspect of the servicing of my car. The staff always goes out of their way to make my stay (and I usually wait} as short as possible. The work is done right, I am advised of progress, and I fell like a valued customer.

Scheduling is easy and I'm able to get an early morning appointment quickly. Vehicle is washed, including floormats. Prices are reasonable. Service advisor doesn't try to push you to buy services you don't need. They provide an honest evaluation of the condition of your vehicle.

Tech informed me that tires required replacement, upon my inspection I observed plenty of thread on tires. I was told that the tires could not be rotated because lug bolts were defective and unless they were replaced at an exuberant cost quoted, the original lugs could not be torqued to specification. The vehicle only has 46K miles, was there a recall on wheel lugs, I am inquiring? Regards, Mr. A. Berenty

There is a new service coordinator at the dealership. He was very easy to work with. Getting the appointment was easy. My issue was resolved quickly and he came to my car to help me re-program the sync system which had to be reset. As usual, this dealership goes above and beyond what is expected to make me feel like a valuable customer.

Refused to do the recall repairs that the appointment was for yet wanted to.change the oil and only did a partial rotation of the tires. They skipped the spare.(5 minutes more work). My appointment was scheduled with the prior owners.. I was not aware the company was sold before hand..

Even though ownership has changed at this dealership, the service advisor that I've used for the life of my car is still there and doing amazingly well. The appointment was easy to set up. The entire process was done timely and properly. I was kept apprised of status. All good in my book.

I took my vehicle in for oil change and for them to check an issue with the transmission. After dropping car off the night before, I got a call telling me they didnt have a technician that was qualified to work on transmission. I had to make another appointment and wait a few weeks.

Car was diagnosed and fixed just fine but we got many mixed messages about parts and their availability. Parts that were under warranty were not being replaced, and we had to lodge a formal complaint. After being on the phone for a while it finally got settled and the work was completed in a day, rather then the few days they had miscommunicated.
