The owner/mechanic asked me why I brought my car in. It was because of a new odd engine noise near/or the fan belts. He quickly confirmed the problem (pulleys). He first put the car on the lift and he took a careful look at the underbody and suspension and found some preventable problems he resolved right away. The business is always very attentive and responsive immediately.
