Like all previous times, I've had a great customer experience with Chuck's, this time for our 2013 Forester. They are super responsive and great communicators through the whole process. Go elsewhere. The price for an oil change and a quick inspection was way too high. Wish I had done my research ahead of time. Last oil change I got was 80$ a year or two ago from Thomas and Thomas in Ballard. They couldn't explain to me why this one was 190$ other than "inflation". Go here if you want to get ripped off.

Did some extra research and found out that the aftermarket thermostats were not compatible with the Grand Cherokee
Save us thousands of dollars because of their professionalism and extra work. The dealership had two completely different diagnosis not even related to over heating.

The people at this shop are professional and friendly. They keep a really clean shop and are usually able to get us in for service pretty quickly. One thing that I really like about Chucks Auto is how transparent and up front they are with service costs-so refreshing. We've been happy with all the work they've done on a 2016 Mazda CX 5.

Cost of service may be a little shocking, but Ive had issues in the past with places make mistakes on a routine service like an oil change. At this place, you pa for the peace of mind that the people are professional and organized. Plus, they go the extra mile in creating detailed explanations over areas of improvement for your vehicle.

Chuck's has always been good to deal with and this time with my older model 4Runner was no exception. Very easy to communicate with, very clear information about their recommendations (distinguishing safety issues from other issues), very proactive informing me (calling to say they needed to send something out to a shop), and nice that they managed some extra work within their original estimate.

Trying to charge me $30 for an $8 spark plug?! The upcharge on parts is insane. The labor is higher than normal too ($120 an hour). I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone. Why it says that the steering column and steering wheel were replaced is odd; because they werent.
