The service department was fantastic. We were 7 1/2 hours from home when the issue occurred and the we're able to get the vehicle in the next day when we were heading home to make the required software updates. They were able to complete all 3 software updates that same day and during the same appointment.

Great experience! I scheduled an oil change and was greeted right away with prompt service. I waited at the dealership and within 45mins everything was done. Nice waiting lounge and even had a great conversation with the service advisor. I will definitely be back for all my future F150 service!
