I paid for a diagnostic and specifically asked about a message showing on my dashboard. They told me that issue requires a separate diagnostic and that I'd have to pay an additional fee. I don't understand how that's not included in the original diagnostic I already paid for.

The pre-owned Corvette was a very nice car. It appeared clean and cared for, and was well optioned. It seemed a couple thousand too high. The sales associate was informative and helpful, and not pushy. I did not purchase because I wanted my wife to see it. Sadly, by the time I could arrange it, the vehicle was sold. Thanks

I called and was able to speak to Service Advisor Richard Torres. I had my vehicle towed to Chuck Nash on Friday and git my vehicle back a little over a week later. They found that my turbo was the problem...so the warranty was contacted. My car was fixed and I just paid $201.00. I will always use Richard Torres at Chuck Nash for a professional vehicle service.

They couldnt complete the service because they didnt have the right master lug it key and they left oil all over the interior of my car. They were rude when we asked for them to clean up their mess and didnt remove the oil from the leather. They just blended it in.

Alvin the advisor told me that his technician replaced the DEF tank, reservoir, and temp sensor. 2 days later I see that my dash has an error code/light of the engine going back to limp mode, like if nothing was replaced. I see that the DEF tank housing hasnt been touched or tampered to show signs that it was removed to replace all those three components. They were quick to collect their $1,200 but I believe it was theft/fraud.

I get prompt and fast service here . They always ask first before they perform a service. Prices are fair and service is excellent. They found a problem with my GMC that other dealerships couldnt solve and said I just had to live with it. Will not be going anywhere else!
