Very poor service from the Service Team. Did not return calls and appeared disorganized, I spent a lot of time following-up with them despite their repeated commitments to call me. Worst service experience in my many years of owning a car. I will not return and do not recommend.

The service Tech who was supposed to find out about my extended warranty for work I wanted done on my Challenger NEVER got back to me. Left a message NEVER called me back. Left a message with the service manager NEVER called me back. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Very friendly, helpful with my vehicle needs. I once waited for a front end alignment and they couldn't do it because of a truck got stuck on the rack (keys got locked inside) so the service person gave me his card and sign it for a free alignment when I was able to come back. I purchased my Ram 1500 two plus years ago and have been getting service at McKinney Dodge the whole time. Thumbs up for McKinney Dodge.

Friendly folks but you can buy a vehicle for a couple thousand less at another dealership if you shop your deals. Gave them the shot 3 times and each time they were $3k or more above the best deal I was offered. Do your research and put the time in. There are great deals out there to be had.

Service was fast but no communication from service advisor about what was going on with a malfunction of some lights that he discovered. Wasn't even addressed when service was completed. Cashier had to go find the paperwork for me to check out.
Giving a 3 because service was fairly fast or it would be lower.

Even if you schedule an appointment, they make you wait all day, if not till the next day to get an oil change or new tires. They lied about which tires we needed, had no records of what we had or hadn't had done to the vehicle, and dragged their feet about giving a rental so we could go pick up our kids from school. Every interaction has been awful and I couldn't NOT recommend them enough. Do yourself a favor, stay far far away.

I went last week when it was freezing out. There was no one there but they still didn't fill my fluids in my car, no windshield fluid etc. Their attention to detail is lacking!! Their oil changes are expensive, you think they could at least fill your windshield fluid, especially when there were only two cars there.

My Durango almost cought on fire due to a bad alternator that came from the factory and called the dealer to fix the recall than they want to charge me 400 dollars to rewire all the wires that got burnt when the service advisor told me done worry will get it fixed

I went for oil change and to have a leaking tire repaired told the service person I would just drop.the car since it was late, he looked at his watch and said no reason to leave it over night we have plenty of time to get it done, took about 30 minutes. During checkout the cashier told me about an oil change package that I purchased which will pay for itself on my next couple appointments.

The mechanic diagnosed the problem with my fuel system and it turned out to basically need the entire fuel system replaced. I had Car Shield warranty and they paid for everything. The dealership gave me use of a loaner vehicle so there were not car rental fees. Austin, my service advisor, was great. The truck runs great now.

The cost of the repairs kept going up. I got told one price and then the price was higher on the bill. They did give me 10% off on parts and labor, though. There was a price of $32.00 for 2 Torx hd screws, that I could have purchased for less than $1.00 at Lowes or Home Depot!
