Its a long conversation. It all started with an oil change. This leads up to a series of events that will keep me from ever believing a word that one of the service department team utters.
The SALES team at this dealership is outstanding. I couldnt have better things to say about them.
That ONE service team member started with a falsehood and it kept getting worse the longer we dealt with him. We were told during the oil change a problem had been addressed, then found it had not. An appointment was made to address the problem 2 1/2 weeks in advance. Upon arrival no appointment was on the schedule. We live 250 miles from the dealership so we got upset. The day had more than one deception but the problem was finally resolved after 7 1/2 hours and a second visit the next day. The sales team and the G.M. had to intervene on the second trip. I was told by the G.M. as part of an explanation that we were one of 60,000 customers but he did willingly help.
I cant say bad things about the entire service department but I do know that one employee can leave a lasting impression and he did.

When my DEF system on my ram started having issues just a few days before a trip that i had planned for months, the diesel tech, Larry, went above and beyond to get my truck diagnosed and fixed so i could go racing that weekend. I am very grateful for the rapid turn around, and i was able to make the trip to El Paso with confidence, and have had no problems since. Also have to mention the excellent communication i had throughout the process. Thanks Larry, you are the man!!

I have bought vehicles here, and we have had them all serviced here for the last 7 years.
Unfortunately, the last year to year and a half, service has gone from good to extremely horrible! We took truck in for warranty work, and then told that we would have to pay for a module. Upon calling our Max Care warranty company ourselves, we were told that it should be covered, but no authorization had even been called in. After 2 phone voicemails left for service manager which were not returned, we had to drive there in person to talk with him which he said he would take care of the bill.
As we drove away, we noticed our vehicle had the exact same problem that we brought it in for, and discovered the replaced module that they replaced was not the problem.
