I brought my car under warranty on a Thursday with the check engine light on. They didn't have any courtesy vehicle available. By Monday I haven't even received a call from the dealership. On Tuesday I called in and ended up talking to a machine and leaving a voicemail. The following morning I was able to get to the advisor that had received my car and, from what they said, it was evident the car hadn't received any attention yet. One day later, and 1 week after I left my car with them, I received a call saying it was going to be ready that same day. When I picked up the car, all it had needed were software updates and they took a full week to do that.
