I requested a tire rotation and they charged me for it but never did it. When I called them, they apologized, and I requested a refund, which they promised me would take a 2 to 3 days. It's been over 10 days and they are yet to respond to my calls and voicemail, and of course no refund.

So this is more with Jeep. There is a major disconnect by sales and service. I expect loaner cars. You tell people you have them and you don't. Jeeps seem to have a lot of recalls. I was going to buy another Jeep for my son this month but will not be doing it at this dealership based on the lack of loaners and the amount of recalls.

My car was fixed which is great. The process took some time though bec of the extended warranty policy. I just don't like that the mat and the side (driver's seat) was really dirty when I got the car. It was like mud probably from where it was parked and the one who got it there didn't bother to put a cover or plastic on the mat before he stepped in.

Did not check, even though everyone knows my tire coverage and there was a new tire there for my car, they repaired the tire instead of replacing it! They had my car for 8 hours! I had to wait another 45 minutes which made me late for an appointment! I have had the worst experiences at Jeep service.

Be careful with your billing. They are charging for parts although it is covered by insurance. Bad diagnostic making replace parts that car doesn't need.

Seemed to go well. They always "forget" that we get a free oil change. Service in the past under old leadership was awful these people seem to be better. At least they didn't tell me I needed new breaks when I didn't like the last lot.
