TERRIBLE !!! I went there for coolant leak on my 2024 ram 5500 6.7. They kept my truck for two days for pressure testing ,just to say they couldn't find anything. Then suggested the ONLY next option is to take the engine apart to continue play a guessing game $5000.00 !!!!

Sales experience was good. Service experience was good with exceptions. On a used vehicle purchase brakes/rotors and oil had been serviced. Engine oil had been over filled and the fact that the front axle seals had been leaking was missed. The problems were corrected however shouldn't have been missed in the first place.

Showed up for the appointment Took 3 hours to install new bed light Signed off and took my truck home. and for the next 4 days called/texted non stop to have the work done. The service department, was manned byb2 service writers and the service manager, but it was run like a 1 man show. The service writer i had was doing most of all of the write ups. Paper work was backing up, took them roughly 50 mins for the service and almost an hour for the paper work to be completed. These were my observations while their. I went it for my first oil change and to get my tires rotated in a brand new truck, and it comes out of the shop with a horrible engine tick, they refused to own up that they messed up. My lawyers will be involved once the shop that has it pin points the issue.

They did not do any service to my vehicle. They looked under it and saw it was leaking oil for the 4th time. Service manager told me my warranty was denied. I took it to another CJDR dealership where they made all the repairs and it was covered under warranty. I would rate them ZERO stars
