I went it for my first oil change and to get my tires rotated in a brand new truck, and it comes out of the shop with a horrible engine tick, they refused to own up that they messed up. My lawyers will be involved once the shop that has it pin points the issue.

$84 for oil change. A little high. I asked if my extended covered repairing sun visor that fell out. One week, and no follow up. That is poor customer service. They fixed the visor on last oil change, and it fell out a second time. First repair did not last. Was the first repair shoddy workmanship? I guess they do not stand behind their work.
