My car was there for an entire week and just one day after o picked it up, the car is now worse the when o first dropped it off. I know I have to bring to back to them and hopefully they can figure it out. I know have to rent another car for god know a how long.

After accessing what was wrong with my car and I decide that I did not want them to fix it. I paid the $458 fee and they did not even give me a print out of what they found. the service was not good. I am not a fan of dealer service centers and I had a bad experience at rt 4 and thought they would be better .. no such luck

They said spark plugs needed to be replaced Had to negotiate a lower price which was still more than reputable auto service stations. Ongoing problems if stalling. They also fixed Fuel injection which was covered under Warranty. Most likely the real issue. But since spark plugs are wear item not covered.

Heads up. This dealership charges customers 500 just to perform the diagnostics to see what is wrong with the car. You can apply the fee towards the repair job if you stay with them. But if you just get a diagnosis yet get the car repair elsewhere , you are still out 500 dollars. They also gauge price their parts (900 dollars for the exact same part you can get for 200 dollars elsewhere), but that may be something many dealerships try to do. Using that dealership to take care of my Jeep was a first and last time experience for me.
