Service was extremely slow. Had an appointment at 8am, had to call shop at 4pm for an update. Didn't get a call back until 5pm. Car wasn't ready until 5;45pm and they closed at 6pm. If I didnt call I would have had to wait until next day to pick up my car. They are never in a hurry here!

I appreciated the employee who met me at my vehicle and kept me well informed during the service process. Because the light in question had been replaced here previously and was not inserted properly, apparently, the dealership did not charge me for the light repair this visit. That was outstanding and rare. The only thing I didn't like was the 2 1/2 hours I waited that day.

The salesman we had here Nikolai was great the service department people are rude we had a defective battery from the manufacturer took more than a day to get it taken care of wasn't offered a loaner or any thing wife had to get a Uber to work super big inconvenience you don't expect out of a brand new car

Little to no communication, conflicting communication when received. I was concerned about their technical abilities and it was clearly proven when my Jeep broke down 1 mile after picking it up. I was so sick of the attitude and lack of knowledge there that I paid to have it towed to another town to avoid them.

I dropped my Jeep at the dealership to inspect a sqeak in the brakes. They had it for 2 days and informed me my rear brakes needed major repairs costing over $800.00. My vehicle has only 16,000 miles. I called after 2 days and the Service Manager informed me that my vehicle had been misdiagnosed and there was nothing wrong with it. I was stressed and shocked by the entire visit to this dealership.

However, you have a higher chance they will break something and require you and your family to be stranded at their dealership for 6 hours... "Professionals" is who they have at this dealer. You are better off giving a highschool kid a wrench.
