This is hands down the cleanest shop I have ever taken any vehicle. The customer service is 10/10. The staff is friendly, accommodating and extremely knowledge. Their prices are reasonable and the mechanics are very thorough. I highly recommend using Chrome Auto. They are honest and professional.

Courtesy, clear explanations. And the "perks" of the CarFax report and a trial subscription for SiriusXM are happy add-ons. It had been several years since I had visited Chrome (while it was still affiliated with Meineke). I think I recognized some faces. I feel comfortable about returning for other work.

I had a great experience with Chrome Auto Repair! The team was professional, friendly, and very affordable. They even replaced my plate light bulbs for free, which was a pleasant surprise. It's rare to find a shop that goes the extra mile like that. I'll definitely be bringing all my vehicles here from now on. Highly recommended!

Dropped it off in the morning for a power steering leak. Picked it up that afternoon. Saw the problem and fixed it right away. Also came with the Carfax, freaking awesome. The shop is very clean and they have BG products and machines.
