Great service and professional technicians. Pleased that all work required is videoed to explain service and any emergent findings. Good communications to keep you updated on work performed. The only downfall is all parts need to be ordered and the facility is closed for the weekend so at times it is very time consuming to get repairs completed.

They charged me $479 to do a diagnosis, didn't find the problem. Then I had to take the car to the dealership shop, only to find out that all spark plugs were cracked! Christian Brothers replaced my spark plugs just 6 months ago with after market plugs that cracked!

Superb customer service, honest, excellent professionalism, and very thorough with their full vehicle inspection. I went in for an oil change and they did a full courtesy look over of my vehicle and showed me proof of a few minor things to get handled on my car when I can. No pushy selling of any kind. Our Kia had a displaced sensor in the front fender. Dealership would only replace (not repair). At. Cristian Brothers they removed the plate under the bumper repositioned the sensor $100 versus $3500!!
They also educated us about the GCI engines and proper maintenance to prolong engine life Future car care will be at their shop which had very friendly staff

Went for an oil change. They did a full vehicle inspection. Very thorough. Found some brake issues and they were able to fit me in and resolve them. Gave me a ride home and returned to get me after service was complete. Staff very professional. Attention to detail is a priority. Just feels like an organization with all their ducks in a row.
