After my check engine light came on, we brought the vehicle in for diagnostic testing. It was recommended that we get a whole new engine to the tune of $15,000. We took the vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion, they were able to fix the issue for $2,500 including an oil change. That is quite a drastic difference! We will not be back.

Excellent customer service. Services were explained in plain terms, noted as urgent or not, and completed quickly. When I requested a shuttle to retrieve the car there was an anticipated wait, so the owner personally picked me up! What a delightful encounter. The service took 3 hours for an oil change and safety inspection. I wasn't told that they were short handed when I dropped off the vehicle and I ended up calling after 2 hours and being told that my vehicle would be the next one in. Then the service took an hour. I didn't receive any information on the results of the safety inspection.

Car repairs can be frustrating as diagnostics start at point A and may continue through point B and C. Once an issue is fixed it may cause other areas of engine to fail due to many variables. We have 3 year 36,000 mile warranty and always look out for our guests on financial investment and gameplan for maintenance. Average car on road in USA is 12.5 years old ... keep up with your preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs. Have a great day!

Your transmission was never asked for us to look at.
