I made an appointment, arrived, and was told my car wouldn't even be looked at until the following day. Asked to bring my car in 2 days later at the earliest appointment time. Waited for 3+ hours for a diagnostic. Made a follow up appointment for a software download at the earliest time for that day and waited again for 3 hours- at which time, they didn't even start working on my vehicle. I asked for my keys and left. I understand a business being very busy- but, the whole point of an appointment is for a time frame to be utilized for that service.
