They were warm, professional, and helpful. I liked seeing the photos of the free inspection to support what they were telling me. The price of an oil change was a bit more expensive than other places I've been, but the service and professionalism compensate for it over and over again.

They were thorough in reviewing the car and provided feedback as to what needed to be corrected. They turned the car over to us when the repairs were complete. However, upon further inspection, there was still one other added item that needed to be corrected, they were prompting resolving that second item that needed to be fixed. Courteous and helpful.

The experience that my mother and I had was so wonderful although it took a while for us to get the vehicle finish and that's not due to Christian Brothers. It was our extended warranty service that was really the hold up. With that being said that was the only negative experience we had because John, who was our main representative for keeping us in touch and keeping us informed what was going on with the van and all the parts that were needed the deep care and handling of our vehicle I mean it was a blessing to be there and to know that when you take your vehicle to someone that they're honestly there to help you and I hurt you and every service as well worth The price the time and the referrals thank you again for everything. I started bringing my daughter's vehicle and I knew that this was where I needed to bring any other vehicles in the future. Thank you again.

The people were friendly, the vehicle was accurately diagnosed and ready for pickup as promised.
Their courtesy inspection felt more like an attempt to upsell. As an example, the vehicle is a 2004 Dodge pickup, ST edition no frills, their inspection detailed via images the scratches, peeling clear coat, dings and dents as an area that requires immediate attention. While the tire inspection did not provide a tread depth measurement.
All I wanted was an A/C diagnosis, I recommend the shop relative to their ability to properly diagnose and their customer service, yet would prefer they not create alarm over cosmetic items.
