I took it in to have it inspected as we were giving it to our daughter after her car died. We had some issues with a faulty part on the new bearing but they fixed it for free and comped us an oil change in the future! Things happen but I was impressed that they took care of it well and quickly.

Told them to add an oil change three times to the work order to replace the trunk latch, but this wasn't performed. Had to call and complained before they would take care of it until the following Monday. They have promised the oil change would be free of charge, for my troubles.

I had a great first experience with Christian Brothers! They were so communicative, kind, and attentive. The online booking system was very useful and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The inspection notes and recommendations were clear, and the text updates throughout the day were so appreciated. I then had a follow up issue that they resolved right away as well.
