Had a blown fuel pump with only 19,700 miles on my new ram 2020. The sad thing is that Chrysler new about the issue and never did a recall or warned me about the issue with the truck before buying it, had it for 27 day with no loner available at the time. Had to pay for my tow which I hope they pay me back for since its under warranty!! And had grease all over my truck when I got it back !!

We apologize for the time it took to fix your truck and that there were no loaners. The microchip shortage that occurred because of Corona has led to extended wait times for parts and a vehicle shortage; these aren't things that just affect us, but every dealer in the nation!
Hopefully these problems will be nothing but a distant memory the next time you visit us!

Took my car in. They had it for about a week. I get it back (barely drive just enough to take kids to school and then back home). Then after two days I go to drop off the kids and the check engine code comes on. I immediately think take it back. They have it for two days then say we owe 224 dollars. The code is gone when I get it. However, after 4 days the light comes back on. Everytime it throws the codes i use our code reader and it is back to the original code. So in all honesty they didn't help fix my car at all just clear a code just for it to pop back on a few days after I get it back. I don't have another $224 to spare just to get scammed again.
