It was horrible. Service was horrible. Asked to speak to manager and was never seen by manager. Asked for owner to speak with us & they refused as well. Left messages emails and in person. Sale person wouldn't even help us. It was worst experience ever. Had CASH MONEY IN Hand and got treated like we were dogs and like our money was no good.

Stephanie, I apologize you had this alleged experience. No one at my store is familiar with anything that you have described as happening. There would be no reason as a business to turn money away. You had no mention of any specific sales person that may help us get to the bottom of this. We certainly want to resolve any issue you may have had and help you get the service that you wanted.

I wanted to view this car and to do a Test Drive. But I was told that the car was not on the lot.When I called back the day it was due to arrive on the lot, someone had already put a deposit on the car. Never had a chance to look at the car. Disappointed

While I did not purchase the vehicle that I wanted it wasn't because of their action. I was told that I should give them a sum to hold the car for me and I didn't and by the time I decided that it was what I wanted - bam it was sold that morning.
