I love this vehicle. Everything works well though sometimes the infotainment screen still glitches.
The only downside I see is that I should have gone for a limited trim that has more comfortable leather seats than mine that has cloth seats.

It seems the advisor is not properly verifying whether the car is in good working condition before returning it to the owner. The door was not opening, and the sticker for the next service appointment was not placed. This makes me question whether the service is actually being performed as promised.

Every single time I bring this in, they magically find something wrong. I am starting to get worried about this car that is supposed to last me for 10 years having so many problems that I need to cover in its first two years of life. The only saving grace is that the work seems to be done fast and correctly so I will give them credit on that.

I do not like the noisy waiting area. You need to tell people NOT to use the speaker on their cell phones and to talk quietly, away from other people. Kids need to read or watch TV, not run around and chase each other -- this is NOT a public park so kids should be quiet and respectful of others.

The service rep was friendly and personable. He explained things. The one thing this dealer does is bring up any additional items at the end of the service period instead of after the inspection by the service tech. It's frustrating to wait several hours only to be told you need additional services that will take several more hours.

They took a very long time to complete the work. I was told an hour and a half, and was there for 3 hours. They were very busy that day, but could have managed their time better. The work itself was done well, and they gave me a 10% discount for having to wait so long.
