Everyone was nice and professional. I do not like that everytime I get billed for service I have to remind staff that I have the platinum bundle and extended service plan. I was also bothered that I was told that even though one tire had a problem you only sold tires in sets of 4. However, when I reminded staff that I have the platinum bundle they only replaced one.

I had a $125 repair for which I was unable to pay but which was required in order for the service dept to complete my oil change. The service manager authorized waiving the fee because I am a loyal customer. I SO appreciated it! It's lovely when loyalty is rewarded!

Service professional overwhelmed me with needed services. I didn't get a printout of what I agreed to, and one of the charges for labor was out of this world. She said it was a "menu charge? but I have a compact car. I doubt that it should have been so high. She didn't do a good job of prioritizing what was critical to do, and what wasn't critical to do. I will not deal with her again.

When I got my car, it wasn't washed. I had to go back to tell them. The excuse was "we are very busy today". Not ab excuse. Where is quality control and customer service. I got a voucher for a car wash because it would have been an "unknown time " in how long it would take to wash the wash the car. I had already waited 2 and a half hours for the service to be completed.

Courtesy inspection was thorough, and Ryan was great at explaining what was needed (urgent vs not) and when, so that I could map things out for future service appointments. Service itself was done quickly and well. I am glad for this team that has helped me take such good care of both this and my previous Toyota!

Bill was extremely helpful. He was able to get my vehicle in immediately and was highly communicative about the process and timeline associated with the repair. It was all very smooth and made a very frustrating day (my car was the victim of a hit and run) much easier to deal with!

Service got me in during a very busy day...altho I was not in a rush
I used a NSide Mailed coupon as $299 bought me several oil and tire rotation and road service for TWO years...however all was cool until I paid + saw when I sat down the she had typed in 50,000 mile max!! vs my low 34,000 on my Camry..!!
Of course my Service rep said " don't worry ..." ugh , very poor

It seems the advisor is not properly verifying whether the car is in good working condition before returning it to the owner. The door was not opening, and the sticker for the next service appointment was not placed. This makes me question whether the service is actually being performed as promised.

All the staff members at the service center are extremely surly. Furthermore, they claim they will wash our vehicles; however, they hand them over unwashed and then lie, claiming they *did* wash them. For this reason, I am completely dissatisfied.
