The Chevy exchange service department is always super nice and very helpful when I've taken my wife's car into them. It's honestly one of the best dealerships I've visited for service. I haven't used the sales or parts sections, but the service department alone is enough to encourage additional business with them. Just a lot of good people doing great work.

I received discount I was sent to my email. It took excessively longer than expected and I was dissatisfied that it took over 4hrs long. It the receipt it stated that I received also a car wash and car vacuum but that was not done and should not be added to receipt if the service was not completed.

None in stock from manufacturer. Called three weeks later, parts still not in nor are able to give me a possible repair date for recall. Other than that, they were fantastic.

Service was ok. I took car to dealer at 30000 miles to see if any service was needed. The just said oil change. When I went in again this last time, they told me some services were supposed to be done at 30000 miles. I wonder why they did not notice those services when I went in at 30000. With regard to the billing it is quite confusing, so many numbers and deductions.

I didn't like the wait time. My appt. was for 10am the oil change started after 11:30am. Nobody washed my car for courtesy. The person that helped me when I arrived never answered my text message I had to go directly to him to see what was taking so long. Hope this doesn't happen again to me or anyone else.

Went in for a simple oil change, only for it to take 2.5 hours because they decided to do an update on the tech in the car and failed to tell or ask me if it was ok to perform. Tech wise my whole car has been slow and lagging ever since the "necessary update." Apple play doesn't want to load, Pandora doesn't want to play. The heating/cooling system has a mind of its own. Definitely unhappy.
