Vehicle had brake calipers replaced due to pulling to pulling to one side while braking. Picked up the vehicle and the issue was still there. Had to return and wait for the repair to be done correctly. Expensive repair that wasn't done correctly the first time.

To keep it short, appointment @ 230pm, arrived 215pm, waited there, got truck back 415pm for oil change /tire rotation. Told them where the lug key was, got my truck back, lug key just hanging out in cup holder glove box lid wide open, middle console had been gotten in, seat not put back to my adjustment scratches on my rims and center hub caps of all wheels.

I never should have had to take it in for a back up camera. I took it in for an oil change and when I drove my car out my back up camera didn't work!! So, this appointment was a Chevrolet of Troy's coincidence?

DON;T shop there, the sales force will leave U dangling while they work a local front door deal. Their idea of Web sales is create phone calls and lot traffic, it appears they have NO intentions of selling a WEB Site listing. They just jam your inbox with out of the office drivel!

Not the best experience Ive had there. Prices went up from last visit without being informed. Coupon not taken. Key fob once again NOT punched for oil change. At last visit paid to have air filters replaced. Then get a notification I need to replace air filters just a few weeks later UGH
