The service department is run exceedingly well. They make it extremely easy to set up service with direct texting to the service counter. They set up an Uber as a part of the service so finding a ride to and from was seamless. The services were performed very timely and I was kept up to date via text. It felt personal.

I set an appointment with this dealership. 2 days later (which is before my set appt) the price was increased by 4,000$. Sad they try to take advantage of the appointment like this. Unless there are other offers, but I will never know. I will just test drive and look for cheaper alternatives .

Won't answer the phone. Won't call you back. Good luck unless you go to their floor and complain. They are one of two places that sell Chevy. If you love Chevy I insist you go to 5th Avenue. This is not a mechanic problem. The mechanics are amazing. It's a bad management problem. This will not go away soon. Go to 5th avenue.

Dont take your vehicle here. They used to be amazing but new ownership sucks. My truck sat there 10 days while I paid $700 for a rental and nobody even looked at it. I had a tow truck take it to another shop and was fixed in 24 hrs. Then the next day the service dept at Chevy called to say they cant find the key to my truck. I told them not to worry because my truck not there anymore and I wont be back!

Shane and Chevrolet South Anchorage were outstanding. The other dealer in town made an appointment for me, and then when I showed for that appointment they informed me they were not taking any diesel work. I called Chevrolet South Anchorage and service advisor Shane suggested I bring it in right then. By the end of the week, the truck was fixed and back to me. Chevrolet South Anchorage will get all my service work from now on.

purchased truck from them been nothing but nightmare. drove the truck one week and has now been in the shop for over 60 days. they have horrible service customer service their service manager Kenny is a decent dude, but they have no quality control on used vehicles and have left me paying $43,000 to have no vehicle to drive for over 2 months with no end in sight do not buy from them
