I'd take your vehicles elsewhere to get worked on. It "appears" they attempted to charge me double for repairs that another person had at the same place, same yr & model, 2 days prior. I was quoted $3k, while the other guy was charged $1500. I won't buy any more vehicles from them after this. We were about to buy our 3rd silverado from them too. Pass!

I got full Carmax report immediately they worked with me on the price a little bit, but they were charging things that they should not even be charging, but I got them to take those off. And reduced warranty charge also. They clean the vehicle up spotless before they give it to you. My appt was scheduled without any issues and my service advisor was very welcoming and knowledgeable.. what was to be a 3-4 day service, ended up being 9 days, as parts were delayed.. the word conducted ended up being great my only issue now is that my engine is making a loud weird tapping noise. I'm going to call to make another appointment to get that checked out. I hope this is not a continual issue with my brand new Chevy truck.
