They are the worst at communicating pricing and what that actually covers. I showed them an issue I was having with my car when parked on an hill. They said "that's how all their cars are." It's too bad that they're OK with poor quality control instead of fixing the issue ant hand. Even though I bought my car there I hope I never have to take it back there. Only gave one star because no stars wasn't an option.

Frank Perez was my Service advisor who was recommended by my best friend. Frank took care of service for my 2019, also handling a recall for my 2019 Volt. The convenience of a complimentary Lyft roundtrip from home to shop is an added bonus to utilize Van Nuys Chevy!! I just received notice the recall part is in and I'll be scheduling my appointment with Frank.

The service man, Mario was nice and informed but this dealership is so way over priced and especially on labor. I got engine light service for high voltage charging and also tire pressure monitor change on one tire and it cost nearly $1,000 and took a full day to service, to do minor fluid change and reset the computer. I will likely not stay with Chevy. I felt like I was scammed a bit.

The customer service was good, but I didn't get what I really went in for. I wanted my battery replaced under warranty. The car is two years old now, and they said they couldn't change the battery, regardless of whether it's good or not. As a customer, I'm requesting that my battery be replaced under the warranty. I'm very disappointed with Chevy in Van Nuys, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Done earlier than promised and so far, seems like they did an excellent job. I also had a very slow leaking right rear tire and wondered where that went, right front, left front, left rear? It seems to have been fixed somehow. I never told anyone there about it, so not sure how it got fixed. Plus everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. It's great.

Horrible experience the manager and the person who was supposed to help me with a simple recall where giving me a hard time about getting me home and bringing me back to pickup my vehicle. I only got a ride home nobride back. It is not your fault when u have a recall.

When I brought the car in for service I told the manager that the charging mechanism was malfunctioning. Service was performed but there was nothing done about the charging mechanism. Since then, although the charge is full, the car only runs on gasoline. It has been inconvenient for me to bring it back, so I have a appointment for Monday, Dec. 15. I believe the charging problem should have been addressed during the first visit.
