I always bring my old Cube here for service - it's so easy to make an appointment online, and I'm treated really well from when I first enter the service desk through the entire visit. I've always felt respected by the staff, and have always gotten a thorough explanation of what needs to be done (as well as what it will cost and how long it will take). And my Cube still runs great!

Car was left dirty. Seat and instrument cluster was set differently. Reported test mileage was 2 miles. To the best of my knowledge car has 100 mile difference. Otherwise,repaired as expected. Take careful note of odometer reading before leaving car for service.

After AAA came and determined it might be the starter, they towed the car to Cherry Hill Nissan who ordered the part. It arrived the next day (Wednesday) and was replaced in the morning. Oil change service done as well. Back on the road by 11:00am.

The Service advisors are always very friendly and helpful. They will not do anything extra that you do not want or approve of. They take the time to explain things to you. The gentleman even explained to me on my car where the windshield washer fluid goes in and a few other important things to know under the hood. I am an older woman and have never had to take care of my car before now. Very grateful for them.

Low tire light came on and I took the car for service without an appointment. They took the car, and 40 minutes later they returned the car. All tires were fine, and they reset the light on the dash. NO CHARGE! How amazing is that? It is truly amazing service! I thing 5 stars is very appropriate.

All good as usual but driving afterwards the front tires needed to be balanced. This should not have happened. The tires should have been checked with a road test and a balance added but it was not. The result I had to return another day for that balancing which had me driving 45 mins each way and waiting close to two hours.

I don't understand why linking back a wiper motor (not replacing) would require a diagnostic test!!! Also, the costly test was conducted without my knowledge or approval first, so I was surprised with a big fat bill! I guess what Cherry Hill Nissan is not making in car sales is being charged to the customer when they come in for service!!!

My service advisor Dennis Webb was very knowledgeable about what my concerns and needs were. He explained to me in detail why my Nissan needed this recall. He also performed a safety check on my vehicle. He did not try to pressure me into repairing everything needed on the car. He kindly explained what was needed by severity.

I have never gone to a dealership for my car to be serviced. I tried Nissan and I won't go anywhere else. The prices are reasonable. They were able to save me more money than I expected. Everyone is so nice and in my opinion, they know what they are doing when it comes to caring for my car.
