The upselling is beginning to wear on me. I had my car completely serviced a couple months back and no one mentioned the wear on my tires. I just came in for a oil change, then they said I needed new tires. I had already been sitting there for 2 hours. I think you need to offer a loaner car for people to run out and eat. I never met me service provider that the appointment was set up with.

I liked that Brian Giles was on top of everything. He was willing to go the extra mile.
I didn't like that I had to wait at the parts counter for 10 minutes before someone came out to take my order. I ordered the part, and was not even given a courtesy call when it came in.
Service department great!! Parts department not so much.

There was an issue with my car not immediately starting. The diagnostics could not identify the source of the problem. I asked the customer service rep' if I could talk directly to the mechanic. He explained to me what he checked & what could be about to fail. I appreciated the conversation.

I did like that my car was finished early the next day after I dropped it off for a recall the previous day but as far as the dealership service advisor telling me they would call a shuttle to pick me suck cause they never did i had to schedule one for myself but all good!

We had an appointment at 9:40am. We dropped off the car via night drop the night before. The service advisor said since we dropped it off that it's automatically kept until the end of the day, regardless of an appointment or not. The advisor said he would call me at 2 to update. I called at 2:20 and he said it will be 4 to 5 until it's ready. Disappointed! Hall Honda honors appointments even with night drop.

The work and updates on my vehicle was very good. The only issue I had was that of major issue wasn't found and I had to leave my vehicle for a deeper inspection of the same issue. However I provided with a loaner while the issue was being investigated further

The service advisor treated with respect and answered all my questions. I didn't like the wait time because eventhough I dropped off my vehicle at 0720 ,it took about 10 hours for the service to be done, and it normally doesn't take that excessive amount of time for the job that was performed.

Dealing with the warranty company was a headache. Although the issue was fixed it could still break again as the part was not fully replaced. After this experience I might switch the a different car manufacturer. Too much red tape and time to jump through for a simple fix.

Everything was handle properly had a couple of bumps in the beginning but we got over them. I'm so glad that Chad Frick handled the issue with getting the dent out of my truck and handled the rental to keep me moving while I waited for the repair. The service manager who manage my recall, did an outstanding job and communicating, and ensuring that I was kept up to date for what was going on with my car. He also showed me the recommended maintenance. I explained that I do my own maintenance. He was understanding and did not try to push Services any further. I recommended for a recall and repairs under warranty. I recommend shopping around for prices as I felt they were high.

I needed to leave town and the "oil change" indication light came on. I couldn't get an appointment (they were completely booked) but they took me as a "drive in" - changed my oil, and I was able to arrive at my destination on time. I am very grateful for the service!

Extended wait due to screws breaking off tire and no one said anything until I acquired about it and was ready to pull off. Currently pregnant and the situation could have turned dangerous quick. I was also charged for tire rotation and only 3 tires were rotated before I said something. It was a server lack in communication with staff and I was disappointed at the way my appointment went.

My service advisor, Brian Giles, was professional and courteous. He offered to set up a courtesy ride to my house in case I was not able to stay until the service of my car was completed. I took advantage of that server so I appreciate that.My HRV service was completed about the time that Brian had estimated. I will definitely choose Brian for my service advisor again.
