Got a call from salesman, sent info on my trade as requested. Got low offer, told him KBB said trade value much higher. At this point he could have said "sorry we can't go higher" but instead he said send him the kbb link and info so he could see it which I did. Then got the call that ensured he didn't want my business. The old "You should call them (kbb) and take 'their offer'" as if he was 15 years old. This jerk could have handled it professionally and simply said no early in the process but instead chose to waste my time and score some point in his little mind. What a joke of a dealer.

Hello my recent visit it wasn't so well cuz they kept my car for a week and making it very inconvenient for me to get around with no loaner car or just no transportation I had doctor's appointments that was very important that I had to cancel overall other than that the service was great thank you please accommodate the customers with some type of transportation because you never know how long the mechanic shop will keep the customer's car something has to be done does that really put me an inconvenience cuz I go back and forth to the doctor and I really needed my car and you can't count on people to come and pick you up and take you places anymore I had no money for Uber but like I say everything was overall great
