When I left the service center after leaving my truck there all day I started out and I had a noise in my back tire. I turned back around and went back to the service center at 4:55 as everybody was leaving Kyle Stevens and Tyler. came back in and opened up the bay and checked my truck out and found out. I had three only bolts holding my back tire on. I think them very much and think they went over and above their job.

Nobody did a courtesy check as they had indicated. I still have the same problem. Nobody call me when my car was supposedly reviewed. I had to call them and find out what was going on. Probably when I go back here ever again.

As usual Chase does a fantastic job they did a complete 100,000 mile service changing all belts ,hoses, plugs wires.full transmission and rear end service . Changed the vacuum pump on a recall notice . Thanks!
