We needed two spare keys made for a new Toyota we just purchased. Over the phone we were told that the keys would be $35 per key since they have to be programmed to the car. We waited well over an hour for two keys and were charged for the keys as well as $169 for labor. We walked out of there paying $264 for two keys. Never told there would be a labor charge added on.
