We have used Chappell Tire for mechanical work and tires on our personal and commercial vehicles for years- outstanding old school personal service and integrity- they say what they do and do what they say- no aggressive upselling or scare tactics and they stand behind their work and products - there was one instance where we put a set of 4 new tires on a personal vehicle and despite repeated attempts to balance them could not get them to not vibrate. They took all four back and exchanged them for a set of OEM original branded tires- the only caveat I will mention is there is no upscale customer waiting area with a snack bar and cappuccino machine or a customer shuttle service - also an affinity for classic westerns (i.e. Bonanza) is very helpful. After trying numerous other places in the area over the years for both service and tires - they are by far the best we have found.

Charley is one of the best mechanics around and is very honest in everything he does. I heard about Chappell when I asked a guy in a coffee shop if he knew any good mechanics, and he said he would only go to Chappell and nobody else, because they are trustworthy and very good at what they do. That was well over a decade ago and now I repeat his words to anybody who needs their car fixed. They will stick to their estimate and try to save you money. Our '08 KIA Sportage is approaching 300,000 miles and running strong, thanks to Chappell Tire. The waiting room / office is awesome like something from the fifties and Ray watches all the old black and white shows like Bonanza, etc., I look forward to going there.
